What kind of gifts can I add?

You can add a wide variety of items, including furniture, electronics, office supplies, clothing, and more. If in doubt, refer to the guidelines on the page for the types of gifts that are most needed by charities in your area.

Are there any restrictions on the gifts I can add?

We only accept gifts that are in good, usable condition. Please ensure the items are not broken or heavily damaged, and that they comply with any safety regulations. We also encourage donations that can be easily transported or delivered.

How will I know if my gift has been claimed?

Once a charity expresses interest in your gift, you will receive a notification via email or through your account. You’ll then be able to arrange the final steps of delivery or collection directly with the charity.

Can I remove a gift once it’s been added?

Yes, if you change your mind or the gift is no longer available, you can remove it from the platform by updating your listing. Simply log in to your account and follow the instructions to edit or delete the gift details.
